Anyone in the world By Judy Cullins The big question asked me in teleclasses or client sessions is "How should I price my eBook? A. The big answer is "it depends." Here's Seven Tips to Help: 1. Determine your audience's need and demand for your book. If your book solves a particular problem for a preferred audience, it will sell well at any price. When you know your 30-60 second "Tell and Sell," you'll be more likely to know a proper price. (That's the 2-sentence sound bite with book's benefits) Let's say you have a book "Stop Divorce Now." Your tell and sell includes "Helps the nearly divorced audience, both men and women." That audience gives your book a slant, and makes it more valuable. In the "Tell and Sell" you must also include the benefits your book brings its audience. The top benefit of this book is that it stops divorce now. No matter the number of pages, anywhere from 15-99, this kind of book will bring a healthy price. Maybe $39.95, maybe more. When you change the name to eCourse instead of eBook, the price can go even higher. 2. Sell to your "wants it short, easy, and cheap to yield big profits audience. You can charge more than some general information book aimed at a general audience. The 8 and 1/2 by 11" eighty-nine-page book "Write Your eBook or Other Short Book--Fast!" loaded with how to's and which specific steps to do first, reflects a no fluff consent and is well worth the of $24.95. If someone wants to write and publish a book, this price tag is small for solid how tos on how to make each chapter sell and how to finish a short book so one can start making money within 60 days. 3. Know that eBooks bring as big a price as print books. Don't under price yours. Assign it the highest price you feel your target audience can afford. If you don't sell many (remember to sell many you need to promote your books online ) try a lower price. Always start with the higher price. 4. Rethink your title to sell more books. Make it short and compelling, but be sure to make it clear. Three-six words will sell better than a really long title, although there are exceptions. For instance, "The Fast and Cheap Way to Explode your Targeted Web Traffic" sells better than "How to Market your Book on the Internet" because the title includes benefits. 5. Know that "how-to" books bring a larger price than a fictional story. 6. Price your personal growth and health books lower than the specific how-to books. Shorter eBooks such as 10-30 pages will easily go for $7.95 to $12.95. Longer ones can go for $15.95-$19.95. While a general audience is huge your book has far more competition in this group. Think Chicken Soup for the Soul series, selling over 70 million. Even more when they focused on particular markets like teenagers. 7. Promote your eBook online to catch the online business people. Reach 1000's, even hundreds of thousands each day you submit a related article. They want all kinds of books and they actively look for them on the Net. Learn how to sell more books by learning this kind of promotion. Apply these tips to your print books too. You can make1/2 your income from book sales if the price is right. Anyone in the world By Gregg Hall Today's current trends of diets have people turning from carbohydrates, alcohol, and other guilty pleasures. This is causing failure in many diet attempts, but it does not have to be this way. You can enjoy many snack foods without feeling bad about your binge. The trick is learning which foods are okay for snacking. Yum! Chicken nuggets. Virtually every person craves these tasty morsels. Their fat content is horrifying, however. Instead of a fried chicken nugget, try baking them. Slice up some boneless chicken breast; dip it in a mixture of egg white and water and then coat in ground almonds or whole wheat bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for half an hour and you have a new twist on an old favorite. There is a wide array of baked potato and tortilla chips on the market. Salsa is rich in antioxidants and fat-free. You can enjoy a bowl of baked tortilla chips and serve some delicious salsa alongside it. This snack is both good for you and will satisfy your chip craving. If you prefer guacamole with your baked tortilla chips, go for it. Avocados are rich in fats that raise good cholesterol levels. If you do not like the taste of avocado try using mashed peas instead. Baby carrots served with a low-fat or no-fat dressing are an easy to make and delicious treat for any hour of the day. Cook a couple of potatoes in the microwave and then scoop out the middle flesh. Slice the remaining skin into large sections and pan fry in a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Serve these potato skins along with some fat-free sour cream. Popcorn is a neat treat that can be very healthy. Air pop it and eat it without butter. If the taste of unbuttered popcorn is too much, use some of the fat free butter sprays (Olivio uses a blend of olive oils that is scrumptious and available in many countries) to add a little flavor. Jell-O, a childhood favorite, is fat-free and satisfying. The sugar-free versions cut calories completely. Add a dollop of fat-free whipped cream and you have a perfect dessert. Deviled Eggs, if eaten in moderation, can be made with fat-free mayonnaise. Add some horseradish for extra zip. Pita Bread, especially if the pita bread is whole wheat, can be baked crispy and served in place of tortilla chips. Serve wedges of fresh tortilla bread with fresh vegetables and yogurt-based dips. You can also make a version of croutons using whole wheat bread, olive oil and garlic along with other desired seasonings. Bake these in an oven set at 300 for a couple hours. The resulting product is a crouton that is good for you and extremely satisfying. Regardless of your desires, there are alternatives to high-fat, bad for you snacks. Use your imagination and you will find you do not have to run crying from some of your favorite guilt foods. Gregg Hall is an author living in Navarre Beach, Florida. Anyone in the world By Cindy English Beach weddings are popular but they do present "special issues". Failing to consider these ahead of time could leave you unpleasantly surprised on your wedding day! There is certainly nothing that should dissuade you from your vision of a beautiful seaside ceremony. As a matter of fact, there are many benefits. Just know the issues and plan for them. Your wedding day will be a wonderful and joyous event! The "Pros" * A beach wedding can be much cheaper than a traditional wedding. Who in this day and age can't afford to save money? It is said that the average budget for a wedding these days is between $20,000 to $30,000! That is an enormous and unnecessary financial burden to be faced with! Don't start off married life enslaved by your wedding day debts. If you have that kind of money to spend, fine, but if not, don't go there! Be practical and remember, the day is what you, your loved ones and your friends make of it...not how much you spent on it! * A beach wedding can be a casual affair. It allows everyone to relax. Your guests can dress comfortably and affordably. Often brides-to-be are unaware of the financial strain they place on their wedding attendants and guests. Not everyone can afford to buy that wedding outfit. * The wedding ceremony and reception can all be held right there on the beach. No need to travel to different locations. This is very convenient for everyone. Hey, even the kids can have fun at a beach wedding! * A beach wedding allows you to involve everyone in the activities. Guests are not restricted to sitting quietly in their seats. They can actually be a part of the celebration! * Beach weddings don't always require a permit. If you are having a small ceremony and do not require a section of the beach to be blocked off...just do it! Simple yet lovely! * A beach wedding is a modern and refreshing change from the "stodgy" traditional wedding. It allows your creativity and personality to shine through. * There is no "right" or "wrong way" to plan a beach front wedding. It can be large, small, romantic, whimsical or even downright goofy! You can pay big bucks and hire everything out, or, you can be cheap and make everything yourself. The choice is completely yours! The "Cons" * The most important thing to remember when planning a beach wedding is that "Mother Nature" rules! Depending on her mood, she can brighten your day or rain on your parade! When planning your celebration, be sure to plan an "alternate location" should the old girl be cranky that day! * The beach is usually a bit breezy so take that into consideration when picking your location. Try to choose a "cove" on the beach that is protected from direct winds. * Be sure to check with local authorities regarding any permits needed to use the beach. This should only be necessary if you are having a large gathering and you want to block off a portion of the beach exclusively for you and your guests. Ask to be sure though. * Check on the "Beach Rules". Ask questions. Can you have candles on the beach? Can you play music into the night? How late can you stay? Is there an area nearby for open fires should you choose to barbeque? * Speaking of food...don't forget about the seagulls! They are notorious beggars and thieves. You can expect them to attend your beach wedding, uninvited! As long as you keep food covered and don't feed them, they will stay on the sidelines. * Remember the tides. You definitely do not want to be surprised by the quick and unanticipated arrival of high tide! * On the beach, there will be bugs and sunshine! Make sure you consider the comfort of your guests. Bring sunscreen and insect repellant for those who did not remember to bring their own. * Chairs may sink in the sand if you do not rent flooring to place under them. However, if you are planning a "beach blanket" reception, you will not need chairs. Remember your elderly guests though. Plan for their safety and comfort. You will need to provide them with chairs and beach umbrellas to protect them from the elements. Beach weddings are absolutely beautiful but nature does provide an element of uncertainty. Careful planning on your part will eliminate most of them. Just remember... If every hair is not in place due to the ocean breezes or a seagull drops off his "wedding gift" a little to close to the punch bowl... These are not flaws or imperfections in your day. They are "memories"! Cherish them and have fun! Cindy English is the publisher of: Beach-Wedding-Themes.com

Anyone in the world By Michael Russell Not many people will admit it, but the majority of us have mold in our homes. Some don't even realize it and everyone should know a few basic things about mold. There are many different types of mold. Molds are part of the environment. Molds play a major part in our outdoor environment by breaking down dead organic matter. Mold growth indoors should be avoided. Molds reproduce by releasing tiny spores. These spores are invisible to the naked eye, but they are there and they float around in indoor and outdoor air. Mold may begin to grow if a spore lands on a wet surface. Here is the big question, can mold cause health problems? Molds are not typically an indoor problem, unless spores happen to land on a damp spot and start growing. If that happens, molds then can become a health problem because it produces irritant, allergens and in some cases, a potentially toxic substance or mycotoxins. If one is to touch or breath in mold spores it can cause an allergic reaction to people who are sensitive. Reactions to mold are common. The reactions could be immediate or delayed. If somebody is prone to asthma, mold can cause asthma attacks. Mold exposure can irritate the skin, nose, eyes, throat, lungs of both allergic and non allergic people. Research is ongoing but it is impossible to get rid of all the mold and spores indoors. Some can be found floating around through the air and in house dust but they will not grow if moisture is not present. Indoor mold growth can and should be controlled by controlling moisture indoors. If you find that there is mold growth in your home, you must clean it up and fix the water problem as soon as possible. If you clean up the mold, but don't fix the water problem, then, most likely, the mold problem will come back. Who should do the cleanup depends on a number of things. One consideration is the size of the mold problem in your home. If the moldy area is less than about 10 square feet in most cases, you can handle the job yourself, following the guidelines below. However: If there's been a lot of water damage and/or mold growth covers more than 10 square feet, you need to consult the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guide: Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings. Although focused on schools and commercial buildings, this document is applicable to other building types. It is available free by calling the EPA Indoor Air Quality Information Clearinghouse. If you decide to hire a someone to do the cleanup, make sure they have experience in cleaning up mold. If there is suspicion that your heating/ventilation/air conditioning system may be contaminated with mold, you would need to consult EPA's guide on whether you should have the air ducts in your home cleaned. Before taking any further action. Do not run your system if you know or suspect that it is contaminated with mold as it could spread throughout the building. If the water and/or mold damage was caused by sewage or other contaminated water, then call in a professional who has experience cleaning and fixing buildings damaged by contaminated water. If you have health concerns, consult a health professional before starting cleanup. Anyone in the world By Rebecca White While doing some posting on a few forums that I am a member of, I was reading posts about people trying to lose weight and some of the ladies who were saying they still needed to lose 10-20 pounds look so skinny right now they look like they are skeletons! So why is America so obsessed about their weight? Could it be because of all the commercials, MTV, the skinny stars and sports fanatics who are constantly bombarding us with their idea of an attractive person? The tv or movie commercials that say if you are not a size 4 you are overweight! I was watching The Devil Loves Prada the other night and was so upset when they told the secretary that she was a pig at a size 4! I couldn't imagine being in a size 4, let alone being told I needed to lose weight to be in a size 0 in order to look good! Come on! Why are we so obsessed? Why can't we love ourselves for ourselves? Below is what I posted in reply to someone asking for diet tips etc: I too am doing a "healthy living lifestyle" change...I have found for myself if I focus on losing weight I want to eat more items that are bad for me. I refuse to tell myself I am losing weight...I don't need to lose weight I just need to become healthier and tone up, sure there may be a few pounds I could lose BUT that should not be the main focus, becoming healthy should be. What I have been doing, and this is for me as it works for me, is eating more raw fruits and vegetables, have a salad already made up as during the day I reach for something quick and easy to eat since I am working or chasing my 4 yr old around that I don't want to take the time to cook for myself. I also have added more water to my diet, when I get hungry and its not meal or snack time I reach for the water. Another thing I have been doing is finding DVD's that I enjoy some of you may laugh at the one I do that I just find so much fun to do and the time just melts away (no pun intended lol) I bought Carmen Electra's Strip Tease aerobics...I know but you know what it is so much fun! I also vary it with Turbo Jam and Yoga Booty Ballet all of them are fun and have great music that keeps me going. Cutting out the real sugars I can't do as far as using items like Splenda etc because I don't feel they are safe, so I just cut down on how much real sugar I use in my coffee which I have also cut back from 2 pots, yep 2 pots a day, to 2 cups a day which is a feat in and of itself for me a coffee addict. Everyone says to stop eating when you are not hungry, that's simple if you have the will power or are not using food to deal with other issues as I have been doing since my MIL died. I was anorexic and bulimic once, sorry about the sp, and I know all about eating and emotional disorders. If you look at food as either the enemy or a comfort food you need to see your doctor about those issues so you can get those resolved before you start any diet...trust me I have been on both sides: so skinny I looked like I was dying, I was...and being overweight it was affecting my entire health and mental well being and for me both sides I was dealing with emotional problems and the only way I felt in control was with food. Good luck to those who are trying to lose weight, for me this year my goal is healthy living! I did this once 10 years ago, just watched what I ate and exercised 5 days out of 7 and lost 30 pounds while hubby was in Korea. So I know I can do it. Besides you need to be at a healthy weight and not a skinny minny...who needs to look like a model or those ladies on tv who everyone loves and wants to be like. If you are happy with the way you look or know your goal weight so you can feel better is to only lose 10 pounds then go for the 10 pounds and not the 20 pounds to fit societies image...sorry this is a hot topic for me, I have two nieces right now that are so thin they would blow away if the wind picks up and they are starving themselves because they want to look like the stars or sports people they know when I look at them all I see is what I did to myself and my body and how many of my health issue right now stem from not loving myself for me. So what if you weigh 145 are you in good shape? Do you love what you see? If not you need to explore whether it is really for health reasons or emotional reasons why you want to lose weight... I am off my soapbox now but I just wanted to wish all of you good health and let you know some of the things I do Rebecca White is the host for Heal Yourself Talk Radio. Anyone in the world By Jack Harmon When you need to protect your vehicle from the harsh weather conditions one of the best ways is to get a canvas carport. Canvas is a very strong and durable fabric that is also light weight and can give great shade protection. They are also waterproof which means that you get the best of both worlds. Whether you have a car, boat, bike, RV, or truck, you can use a canvas carport to provide the ultimate protection for it. You can get canvas carports in many different colors to match your car or your houses roof or wall so that it blends in and adds an appealing quality to your home. You can get green, black, white, yellow, red, blue, brown, or even stripes. You can find a great selection of canvas carports online and you can find many styles of cover as well. A canvas carport could have a slanted roof, gabled, rounded at the edges, or for even more protection it might have an extra awning around it. With the canvas carport that you choose, you will find detailed instructions of how to assemble it as well as the accessories that you will need like the fittings, ball bungies, and poles. The poles are made of galvanized steel so that they are hard wearing and sturdy. A canvas carport is for everyone, but is especially great for people that hate DIY. The carport will need absolutely no tools to put together and you will be done in a matter of minutes. It is so easy to put it up and take it down, that you can even take your canvas carport with you when you go on vacation. This will mean that your car or RV is totally protected at all times, even when in use. It is great for places where there is no shade or covering for RVs and they can get very hot. You can also use the canvas carport for other things too. You can move it into the garden to provide shade for a barbeque or birthday party. You can also use it at night for a garden party to string lights from it and have people sit around the pool. It will also double as protection if it suddenly starts to rain. If the canvas carport is for more than one car, you could also use it for a reception venue for a small wedding. It would be the perfect thing to decorate and can be made to look amazing without having to hire a venue or marquee. This carport is a great idea as it will save you money and protect your car, boat or RV. It can also make you money if you use it correctly. If you have an apartment building or office, you can rent out the carports to employees for the month or even daily. This means that eventually you will have made back the money spent on them, and will soon start making profits. This is why the canvas carport is a great investment opportunity. Anyone in the world By Lynn Starner We all dont have the perfect facial structure. Thats why we need face shape makeup tips. These tips will help each of us apply makeup to bring out our best features and minimize the ones that we dont like so much. So, whatever your question is about your facial shape or facial features, weve got a makeup tip to help you. The Tools First, its important to realize what tools youll be using. Well make use of color correcting correctors. Light color correctors can dramatically change your appearance. For instance, mauve or light pink corrector can brighten and conceal dull skin tones. Pale green is used to correct ruddiness. Light yellow corrects under eye circles and other purplish/blue discolorations. These light colors can help improve facial features by lengthening, filling out and brightening skin. Dark colors will reduce, deepen, darken and conceal features and discolorations. Using a mixture of light and dark correctors (foundations) you can create almost any illusion you like. The key is to blend, blend, blend. If you are using any corrector, whether its a color or a foundation that is darker or lighter than what you usually wear, always remember to apply with a light hand and blend well. The light foundation corrector should be only 1 or 2 shades lighter and the dark foundation corrector should be no more than 2 shades darker than your usual color. Face Shape Makeup Tips Find your face shape makeup tips below. Oval: This is the ideal facial shape. With the use of dark and light correctors every facial shape can be made to resemble an oval facial shape. Oval faces can need darker foundation applied at the forehead and chin to make it less severely oval. Trapezoidal: This facial shape requires refining the lower part of the face with a darker corrector while also using a light corrector at the temple. This will bring the face in, making it more narrow and longer. Rectangular or Square: Correct both of these shapes with darker foundation at the four corners. This redefines the corners into more of a curve, giving it a whole new dimension. Triangular: The triangular face needs darker foundation at the chin, making it appear shorter, and at the temples, bringing the focus towards the middle of the face. Using light foundation along the jawline will give it more balance and depth. Round: Round faces need only a little darker foundation applied at the temples and around the lower face. This will make it appear a little more elongated. Balancing Your Features Face shape makeup tips also include your facial features. If youve got a feature youre not too fond of, like your nose or chin, playing with light and dark correctors can help you adjust how they look. Well give you the makeup artists tips on how to do this. Prominent Chin: Correct this by applying a little darker foundation right on the tip of your chin, and blend well. Double Chin: If you have a double chin, blend a darker foundation right on the double chin. Long Nose: Think your nose is too long? Apply dark foundation right on the tip and blend well to make it appear shorter.
Broad Nose: Broad noses are easily adjusted with dark foundation applied down each side of the nose. Short Nose: Short noses need a light application of light foundation along the whole top of the nose. This will give it a less defined edge and help it to appear less short. Narrow Nose: Widen a narrow nose by applying a light foundation down each side of the nose. Crooked Nose: A crooked nose is the hardest. Apply dark foundation on the crooked side to minimize it, and then apply light foundation on the opposite side. These tips will help you achieve a balance to your features. Face shape makeup tips are some of the most useful tips you can have. With them you can look your very best while still looking like you. Anyone in the world By Linda Leon It felt really good the day that I gave my Mercedes away. It was a beautiful car too. Midnight blue, sparkly and rode with the grace of a gazelle. But it had been sitting in my garage for a while collecting dust so we gave it away. Its kind of like those clothes that you give away to the Good Will. Its a nice gesture and it makes someone else very happy, but it does not cost you much so its not an extremely exciting moment. Now please dont make the leap that youre reading about the life of someone rich and famous. Far from that, but there are times in life when God will bless you more than other times and this was one of those seasons. In my life God has taught me to abound and be abased that is a good thing. Getting back to the story now the other time I gave my car away, it was an extremely exhilarating moment, because it was a season of being abased. This car was not waxed, washed and polished sitting in my garage taking up space, this was the car I drove to work everyday. This was my main car. To give this one away cost me everything. By now you are probably wondering what possesses me to give cars away like that and I would do it again in a heart beat. Its God. I love to give and I really understand what it means to give and expect nothing in return. Thats why I hate prosperity preachers, they teach people to give and then expect God to do something for them. But God wants us to have joy in giving simply because its the right thing to do whether he returns something to us or not. It is always the right time to be a blessing. Its a real step of faith when you give the car you are driving away and you dont have excess money and you cant afford a car note. To do this you have to be driven by the spirit of God, and thats what happened. My husband and I were so touched by a need that we found out about that we knew to give the car away was the right thing to do. It all started in a church service. Every week we would see this one family come to church extremely late. Service started at 10:00 and they would faithfully show up around 11:30. I was so puzzled as to why they kept showing up unfashionably late that I asked my pastor. He explained that this family did not have a car and that they have to take two busses to get to church on Sunday (which was about 1 hour trip one way) and then walk about a mile from the last bus stop to get to church. The man lost his job so they could not afford a car. Then he went even further and said that the wife had diabetes and she has a hard time walking especially in the heat, so they walk very slow and that is why they are late every service. Tell you what, it broke my heart to hear this story. Stirred every ounce of compassion I had within me. So my husband and I prayed and we felt that we should give them our car the one we had just had completely serviced. Now how was I going to get to work? At that point I did not care. I said God, if you provide a way for me to get another car, I will give them my car. I knew of a local car auction on Wednesdays so during my lunch break I went to the auction to look for a car. My children who were also in on this God adventure were excited about what we were about to do so they prayed with us. They had faith that not only would God give us a car, but it would be just what they wanted. So here was their list velvet seats, because vinyl or leather got too hot, the air condition must work, and it needs to be a sports car. Goodness gracious! So I went looking for their car and found it! Sure did, I found that car. It was a two year old, 14,000 miles Eagle Talon, sleek, sporty, teal blue with grey crushed velvet interior and the air condition was as cold as an artic blast. I prayed again, God you know I have to get back to work, let them auction this thing quick. Get me this car Lord. I walked out of that auction with my kids car for pennies compared to its value. I drove my new car back to work and left my old car in the parking lot. That evening when my husband got home we pick up my old car and took it to my pastors house and handed him the keys. We told him to give the car to the family anonymously. He did and it took a few months before they figured out who gave them the car. My pastor said when he gave them the keys they were overwhelmed and in tears. As a result of God touching our hearts their life was restored. The family now had a car without a car note. The father was immediately able to find a job because he had transportation. They had cried but we had cried too for the pure joy of giving, not expecting anything in return. That event has been one of the most exhilarating times in my life. There is nothing that beats giving sacrificially. King David once said I wont give the Lord anything that does not cost me, I fully understand that scripture now. God moved our family into another ministry, but we still go back and visit our old church. Whenever we see this family they still treat us like royalty. God eventually blessed them with a brand car, but they still keep the other as a testimony of Gods goodness. Rev. Linda Leon is a person who loves God, enjoys

Anyone in the world By Jeffrey Solochek Every marketer out there is telling you that writing articles and submitting them are the best way to get one way links back to your site. I write article all the time and I have this automated software that submits them for me. When doing a search for my complete name on any of the search engines you will see a lot of the articles I have written but what can the people who hate writing articles do to get these same one way links to their sites? Whenever I submit articles to a new article directory that I haven't used before I always check the PR of the site. Sites with a greater PR than I have on my own site are usually my target. I have noticed that although the marketers say to do this, the ones who say that Google is number one, I will sometimes see a greater number of matches by submitting to directories that have between a PR of 0 and 5 . My results on Google on any given day may be as low as 500 then the next day be well over 10,000. I am better able to evaluate the number of matches on engines like Yahoo, AllTheWeb, and MSN rather than staying exclusively with Google. Here is the answer for those of you who hate to write articles and don't want to have to use articles at all. Comments on Blogs. With all Blogs you want to make sure they get a lot of traffic and using the Google PR isn't a bad idea either. Last Christmas I bought a piece of software called Comment Hut which will allow me to search for blogs by Keyword and PR. Now you can still do this same thing even without this software. It just takes a little bit more time but the end results speak for themselves. There is software out there that will automatically post comments to hundreds of blogs for you but I strongly urge you not to do this because a lot of sites will look at this as SPAM. Wouldn't you hate to loose all your site visitors because you are into SPAM commenting? I have seen it happen. If you are only targeting lets say blogs on SEO then why not open up Wordpad and write like 4 or 5 comments to use for all the blogs on SEO that you decide to comment on. Some of you right now are thinking that no way is this better than writing articles. Do a search on my name on Google. Starting on the second page of the results you will see a lot of the comments that I have posted on these blog sites. Sometimes when Google knocks me down to only 500 matches on my name, the first few pages of the results are all comments that I have posted. These show up before the articles I have written show up. Anyone in the world By Peter Emerson For a majority of us, real estate is our most valuable asset. It might be your dream house for which you used all your savings or a farmhouse that you bought in the countryside, as a weekend getaway. No one would like to see such assets come under the threat of creditors and lawsuits. It a given fact that real estate is one of the most fought after asset in recovery suits. Firstly, this is so because of its visibility. After all you cannot stash your house in your pocket and hide it away from your creditors or from frivolous lawsuit mongers. Secondly, real estate offers good returns. Normally, land and real estate assets only appreciate in value, and are subject to zero or low depreciation. This lends a special place to real estate as an asset. Because of all these reasons, it becomes very important to protect your real estate. Strategies for protecting your real estate are actually readily available. In reality, these might not be the right choices for you. The safest strategies are those that have been tested in the court and are known to be successful. The next are those that lie on the so-called ?pioneering frontier,? being so original that the creditors have not yet identified them as an asset protection strategy. These strategies give the debtor a considerable edge over the creditor, who might have a hard time trying to figure out the strategy while in litigation. States with generous homestead laws such as Florida, Kansas and Texas offer the best protection for real estate. Tenancy in the entirety for the ownership of real estate by a husband and wife is an option available to people living in states which provide for it. It is a special form of joint tenancy, where neither spouse can sell the property without the consent of the other. Formation of a residential trust is a third option. Asset Protection provides detailed information on Asset Protection, Asset Protection Trusts, Offshore Asset Protection, Asset Protection Strategies and more. Asset Protection is affiliated with Asset Management System.
